Coneflower // Floral Pouch

A note from Liz: I'm excited to share these lovely bags and backpacks made by Rachel Elise Studio in North Carolina. The handprinted fabrics, beautiful colors inspired by nature, and durability are making these a quick favorite around here. 

The details: The Cosmetic Pouch can live up to its namesake, or it can be a clutch, or a "bag within a bag," helping your organize that giant tote you lug around. Like all the Rachel Elise Studio products, Cosmetic Pouches are made with 100% vegan materials. This cosmetic pouch is made with our in-house printed Coneflower design. This screenprinted canvas is complemented by weather-resistant canvas on the back side. Fully lined with canvas. Closes with a zipper and has a mustard rope tassel. Measures 8.5 in tall and 10.5 in wide.

More about the makers: Rachel Elise was founded in 2008 while owner and maker Rachel Aughtry was earning her BFA in Fiber Art. Combining the skills from her degree with her life-long love of sewing, she started selling a collection of bags at the neighborhood coffee shop. Many stockists later (including a few more coffee shops!), Rachel's husband Bo was able to quit his job and work at Rachel Elise as well. They soon relocated their studio from their native Texas to the Blue Ridge Mountains, where they sew, print, and ship each and every RE bag.
